I used to fear of becoming a Mom thou i know its parts and parcel of life that one have to go thru.
But now, i think i shld have be one even earlier. I'm 27 this year and I think its really too late.
The first 2 mths of looking after lele was really madness for me. Firstly, i know nothing about taking care of babies. The endless cries and insufficient sleep really make me almost go crazy. As much as I love my lele, at that point of time, i feel i could not handle. I just want to get back to work so fast that I feel i want to get out of this shit.
But lil did i expect that as soon as I get back to work, i do miss it so much that I can stay home every day to look after lele. In fact, i think looking after him wasn't so stressful after all. (Cos after you get the hang of his feeding habits, bathing him etc) I'm starting to feel like a PRO now. :) I can almost know what he wants everytime he cries and after satisfying his "demands", I feel very happy.
Making him smile has also become my daily chore and taking photos of him every now and then so that I can reminiscence next time when he's older. Thou its tired to always go to and fro after work to pick him and looking after him after work, but i do not wish to miss any part of his growing stage. One of my colleagues ever tell me that she regretted spending too much time at work and in a blink of eyes, her boy is alrdy growing up too fast before she can remember. I'm scared and do not wish this to happen to me too.
I love and enjoyed being a Mom now. Also starting to realise how tough it is for my Mom to brought up my sister and me single-handed.
lele's 1st birthday is happening in just another 5 mths! Can't wait and I hope by that time, he knows what's going on and enjoy his special day that we have planned for him :)
Love him too much. I probably say he's cute for x29764647745348674 times everyday :)
